Are you up for a challenge? This is a whole body workout in a circuit training style class. You go to the speed that you wish, and as intensely as you want. You will be training in small groups, with more than one instructor for individual and private attention. Different stations will be set using the mat and small apparatus (elastics, balls, rollers, fitness circles), with also the use of Pilates machines (barrels, chairs, elvis, reformer). Pieces of equipment are designed to stretch and strengthen muscle groups not easily reached by more traditional techniques and equipment. Come and experience all of the layers of the Pilates workout in a Personal setting.
